3D Printing & Prototyping
We create prototypes that bring ideas to life. Our team supports every stage of the process, from concept models and small-scale mock-ups to functional 3D-printed items for testing, display, or short-run production.
3D Printing & Prototyping Services
Whether you’re testing a new concept, refining a design, or showcasing a product idea, we provide accurate, small-scale prototypes that help you move from vision to reality. Using 3D printing technology, we produce detailed models and components that highlight form, fit, and function – perfect for presentations, testing, and product development.
We specialise in creating smaller items, ensuring high-quality prints with excellent surface detail and finish. Our service makes it easy to validate your ideas before committing to full-scale production.

3D Printing FAQs
We know every project is a little different, so here are some answers to the things we get asked the most. If you can’t find what you’re looking for, feel free to get in touch by emailing [email protected] we’re always happy to help.
What size can you print up to?
We can print objects up to 220 x 220 x 250 mm, ideal for small to medium-sized models and prototypes. Larger designs can sometimes be split into parts and assembled after printing.
What materials can you print with?
We generally use environmentally responsible Polylactic Acid (PLA), but other materials can be used depending on your requirements. If you have a specific application in mind, we’ll recommend the most suitable option.
Our default print colours are black or white, however we can print in a wide range of colours upon request.
Can you help if I don’t already have a 3D file?
Yes. If you don’t have a file prepared, we can create one for you. We also offer file conversion and setup services to ensure your design is print-ready.
How much does 3D printing cost?
Prices start from £45, with the final cost depending on size, material, and complexity. We’ll provide a clear estimate once we understand your requirements.
Can you create functional 3D prototypes?
Absolutely. We can produce both visual models and functional prototypes to help you test form, fit, and performance before moving into full production.
How long does 3D printing take?
Turnaround time depends on the complexity of your design and our print schedule. As we’re UK-based, most projects are completed and returned within 2 weeks. For urgent projects, we also offer a quick turnaround service.
How do I get started?
To begin, simply fill out our online quote form with your design details. You can attach your 3D file, or let us know if you’d like us to create or convert one for you. If your project is confidential, please indicate whether an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) is required, and we’ll be happy to arrange this before reviewing your files. Once submitted, we’ll provide a tailored quote and turnaround time estimate.
